Advance booking required - $2075  per person.  Deposit 1/3 total price per person ($692 to be remitted with this completed form).  Balance may be paid by personal check via the postal service any time up to 7 days prior to the beginning of the drive.  If you wish to pay the balance upon arrival at the staging area camp, we would expect that to be in the form of cash, cashier's check or money order.  Any cancellation must be done in writing and notification must be made at least 30 days prior to the start of the drive to avoid forfeiture of all deposit monies.  $100 of the deposit will be non-refundable regardless of circumstances.  Please make a copy of this completed form for your records.
